we honor and celebrate our HDSF Students by building bridges and
connections to our leaders of Congress with the
10th Annual Congressional Reception,
held in The Mansfield Room of the United States Capitol on
Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Co-Chaired by The Honorable Senator Jack
Reed of Rhode Island, leaders from both the House and Senate will
join HDSF students and our corporate partners for an evening of
networking, and serves to
introduce members of the local community to Hoop Dreams and its
students, whose perseverance and dedication are nothing short of
inspirational.
